LE MORE BIANCHE NASCE NEL 2015 IN ZONA ROERO NEL COMUNE DI MAGLIANO ALFIERI. ATTUALMENTE IN PRODUZIONE CI SONO 2,30 HA DI VIGNETO BARBERA E NEBBIOLO (DA CUI PRODUCO ROERO) LA MIA AZIENDA HA UNA GESTIONE NATURALE SIA IN VIGNETO CHE IN CANTINA. LA MIA PRODUZIONE ARRIVA A CIRCA 13000 BOTTIGLIE. NON HO UNA CERTIFICAZIONE BIOLOGICA MA CERCO DI LAVORARE NEL TOTALE RISPETTO DELLA VIGNA E DEL VINO. PER FARE IL VINO UTILIZZO L”’UVA” E UNA PICCOLA DOSE DI BISOLFITO.
