Our wines are the product of a unique ecosystem balanced between the « wild » and the cultivated. Trees, bushes and wildflowers thrive between the ancient vines with our flock of sheep, our bees, wild boar, deer, birds, insects and legions of earthworms. All contribute to a densely alive, harmonious environment, in which the grapes and their wild yeasts can mature and ultimately reflect the rich complexity of the soil, millésime and terroir. As a result the wines have a mineral originality and range of fruit and floral expression suitable for gastronomy.
