Strictly terroir winery.
All the vineyards are located on precambrian granodiorite, solid rock that is 700 million years old. The place was famous for the red wines since medieval times and the reason for that was the rock that makes local wines very unique.
7 hectares of the old vineyards, average age is 40 years. Biodynamic since 2007, not certified.
Hands off aproach and no rush in the cellar. No stainless steel aging, no filtration.
